Changes
* Opening mails will properly clear the unread mail minimap notification icon when there are no more unread mails.
* Using the Vendoring UI will switch the cursor to sell mode while hovering items in bags.
* Vendoring UI will list the same items with different prices.
* Post from bags will start the scan for the proper item when using ignored item variations.
* Auction sale sound should properly work again.
* Various fixes with Auctioning, Transactions and Cancel Scan.
